KINGSVILLE -- Six suspected undocumented immigrants are dead and nine others injured after the truck they were in crashed during a police chase.

Authorities say it happened last night in Kingsville, about 40 miles southwest of Corpus Christi. The truck crashed into a security barrier at Naval Air Station Kingsville.

A gate guard tried to stop the vehicle as it approached, but it sped past the gate and activated the station's pop-up barriers. The conditions of those injured in the crash have not been released.

How 'bout that, the gate barrier works. These should be installed all along the border ASAP.

Karma, protecting this country more than the U.S. President since Jan 2009.

Every military base I know of has these blocks ever since 9/11. Believe me it's made to take just about anything short of an H-Bomb and they pop up very fast just for this kind of case. As far as I'm concerned they got what they deserved!
