Another Carnival cruise ship has been stranded. Officials say the ship, Dream, is now docked in St. Maarten while crews figure out what happened to a generator on board. All guests are said to be fine and the company is now arranging flights to get all the guests home.

Meanwhile, 17 Texans on board the last Carnival cruise ship that got stranded last month, Triumph, are now suing the company. They said they were physically harmed and feared for their lives during the five days they were stuck out at sea without any power.

Lervia - Semanantics. Water is water wherever it is. They couldn't see land. Period.

Phrilly, the Triumph wasn't in the middle of the ocean. It was in the Gulf of Mexico, which is a large body of water, but not an ocean.

Well sounds like Carnival learned their lesson from the debaucle with Carnival Triumph. Fortunately the ship was docked and not out in the middle of the ocean like the Triumph. The customers will be flown home and they will most likely get a full refund for their cruise and a cut rate for the next one they take.
