The Better Business Bureau goal is to create an ethical marketplace where buyers and sellers can trust each other.

The BBB works to accomplish that goal by:

    Creating a community of trustworthy businesses
    Setting standards for marketplace trust
    Encouraging and supporting best practices
    Celebrating marketplace role models, and;
    Denouncing substandard marketplace behavior

I agree with SATXLady, I had a bad experence with Cavender Cadillac and contacted the BBB but they never placed the complain aganist them. Also with Benson Chevrolet they looke dofr problems on my truck when all I asked them was to attach two door handles. They telephoned me that they found other problems. They look for problens and I did not appreciate it.

The BBB is full of it!! They will never side with the consumer because they make money from the members of the BBB. Try it you will definitely find out that they will play ring around the Rosie with you until you fall down.

The Better Business Bureau's mission is to collect as much money as they can. They collect millions of dollars annually from local businesses and they provide no service in return. It costs them nothing to send one of their salesmen to the morning TV shows around Christmas to remind you to lock up your packages when you go shopping. It costs the salary of one person to maintain their web site. Dell paid them a million dollars to put their logo on the huge new BBB building that they have for who knows what reason. I wonder what they did with all that money. I can tell you they don't use it for tithing. They are heathens and thieves. Christians are on to them. Don't trust them, they are criminals.
