Steele's Diner
This Culinary Arts Department is a very unique and multi-productive facility. This building hosts both an academic and instructional kitchen with a fully functional dining area. Its design also facilitates a full production kitchen that produces and supplies meals to all the staff of the school. What makes this learning and production kitchen so unique is what it offers the students. The students will have the opportunity to work in an actual production commissary kitchen as well as hands-on experience in a variety of food service operations; including banquets. |
Web Design
This class is for students involved or interested in creating web sites - whether novice or expert. It helps these studetns understand what makes web sites succeed or fail, and what can be done to increase the chance of success.
You don't have to be an A+ student to benefit from this course. Some of these students have a current web site already up & running. This class teaches you how to update an existing site, or if you're just interested in learning new skills and use that for potential jobs!
Drumline
Steele High School students see them march through the halls. They hear the all-too-familiar drum cadence of their school song ring from classroom to classroom. They feel the rhythmic pulse reverberate off every chalkboard and rattle the pencils off every desktop. They feel the very heartbeat of the Knight's Band. What these students are experiencing.. is the Steele Drumline! That's what cool about Steele High School's Drumline!
