Congratulations San Antonio-philes. Many of you correctly identified the first photo I posted as the window of a Tommy's Restaurant in San Antonio.
That's the one with the awesome phrase "Big Red and Barbacoa everyday!"
But it's the Tommy's on South Flores, not one of the others, as some of you guessed.
And one Facebook fan also linked the photo with memories of "Barbacoa Blues" by San Antonio's legendary Randy Garibay. Click

The photo of the convenience store sign with "Raspas" at the top and the unique phrase "corn on cup" below it is one nobody got right.
I took that at the Save n' Go on Palo Alto Road near Hwy. 16 on San Antonio's southwest side.
