Death Sentences on the Decline in Texas

The number of death sentences handed down by juries in Texas has dropped in the last few years. Randy Beamer talks with Bexar County District Attorney Susan Reed.

Rodrigo Hernandez was executed that evening for Susan's murder. He's the first person to be executed in Texas in 2012. There are five more scheduled so far.
