SAN ANTONIO - Check out Beamer's classic still photos of downtown San Antonio around Christmas.

"Classic" means they're not from this year. But they're just as pretty. Think of it as recycling or re-gifting.

THERE IS NO WAY ANYONE WHO REMEMBERS THESE PICS AND THE YEARS THEY REPRESENT, THAT THIS YEARS PATHETIC RIVER LIGHTS DISPLAY CAN COME CLOSE TO SHOWING SAN ANTONIO'S RIVER WALK AS IT TRULY IS!!! LET'S SEE THE PAST YEAR'S STYLE OF THE RIVER AGAIN NEXT YEAR CITY COUNCIL!!! ..WHAT A WASTE OF $1/2M!!!

Thanks Randy! I think you've captured the flavor of our San Antonio Christmas scene. San Antonio Christmas is like gumbo - so many flavors mixed in one pot. It's great that you're from up north somewhere and can appreciate San Antonio. I also appreciate that you pronounce the spanish names with the right accent. Thanks for the great pics!! I love watching you & Delane on the news, you're so much fun. I've lived in Dallas, Ft Worth, Houston, Corpus, New Orleans, & Tennesse and you're the best news anchor cause you show concern & pleasure on a story. Again, thanks for showcasing San Antonio Christmas in such a colorful, & sensitive way. I wish you the best this season can offer! (Keep those knees warm!!!)
