All convicted thieves should be forced to register just like sex offenders.

El Coyote, the Chief of Police of San Antonio has absolutely nothing to do with the city of San Marcos - you're a dumb@ss. It really bites that thieves are targeting one of the poorest populations in the city; i.e. college students. My guess is that they're also looking for weapons knowing that we can't carry our guns into class and must leave them in our cars to be stolen by lowlifes and used to commit other crimes like home invasions; which leads me to Lenny66 - we would shoot to kill on sight if we were allowed to carry our guns around at the campus. But the law says we have to leave our guns in the car when we get to school. Call your state congressman if you want to get this changed - we all have, but they are not listening to us.

so el coyote, who's doing it? I don't think this has anything to do with McManus. You are certifiable.
