You’ve drilled ‘please’ and ‘thank you’ into the kids just in time for school to start up, but what about you? Do you know proper school etiquette for parents? Etiquette expert Diane Gottsman has some simple tips to help us all mind our manners. Click here to watch…

  • Walk your child to class, greet the teacher, kiss your child, and leave
  • Do not start an impromptu conference
  • Don't arrive after the bell and expect to drop off your child
  • Don't make negative comments about the teacher
  • Schedule your vacation during vacation time
  • Don't hand out birthday invitations at school
  • Stay off your cell phone during carpool
