Can you get the H1N1 more than once in the same flu season, or does having the flu make you imune for the remainder of the season?

Have heard that the H1N1 vaccine can alter DNA. Is this true?

If you get a shot/vaccine for every type of flu bug that's been coming, is that making your immune system stronger or weaker when a new virus comes along? They are making an H1N1 vaccine, does that mean penicillin/amoxillin has no effect for this virus?

I would like to know if a person has contracted the H1N1 virus and has already been prescribed four different meds for it, which aren't doing much good so far, what could possibly be the next step in treatment? I know that I couldn't take what you say as "treatment" and only as a suggestion, but my friend is in the hospital now and they are thinking of isolating her soon if these four meds don't start working for her soon.
