- Arrive early and plan to wait - anticipate security
- Turn your cell phone off (starting in the line at the ticket counter)
- Don't hoist yourself up, holding on to the seat in front of you
- Don't kick the back of the seat in front of you or lean your chair back into your back neighbors lap
- Don't assume your neighbor wants to talk
- Respect parents with babies and small children
- Don't sing along or hum to your iPod
- If you are frequent bathroom flyer - choose an aisle seat
- Go light on the cologne and avoid tuna and strong smelling carry on foods
- Keep your shoes on
- Read your own magazine
- Don't monopolize the flight attendants time
- Use your own luggage bin and don't move someone else's luggage to another bin
- Wait until it's your turn to depart the plane
- Check the name on your luggage before leaving the airport terminal
