SAN ANTONIO -- The Marshals Office say Izaya Franklin has been arrested numerous times for crimes ranging from drug possession charges to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Right now they are looking for him because he has an outstanding warrant for dealing cocaine.
The U.S. Marshals believe he could be driving a grey Dodge Caliber with Texas license plate M-W-G-5-3-5.
Franklin is 24 years old, 6' tall, and weighs 185 lbs.
They also tell us he has tattoos on his right arm, back, and neck.
