SAN ANTONIO -- A fugitive is on the run and News 4 WOAI wants to get her off the streets. Lisa Contreras is on this week's Wheel of Justice.
Sheriff deputies say in 2006 Contreras was arrested outside the Samm Shelter selling crack cocaine.
They say during a narcotics investigation deputies watched the shelter until they saw the drug deal go down.
According to investigators Contreras even told them why she was there.
She said it was to help her friend sell crack.
Fast forward three years and Contreras is on the run.
Here's what we know, Contreras' last known address was on Cross St. near N. New Braunfels.
She's 27 years old, 4'9" and weighs 140 lbs.
