SAN ANTONIO - This week in the Garage we’re taking a ride on the old pork chop express with some rock and roll for your soul. They’re called Egshan. Normally a four piece, Egshan stripped it down to just one for us today.

Brown-Eyed Soul Rock is the current genre for EgShan. Brothers Nick Shan, Rick Shan, and Rob Shan hail from the musical melting pot of Texas, San Antonio. They are the bastard children of the infamous San Antonio Human Rights Leader/Outlaw, E.G. Shan. A man known by day as an outspoken voice of the people and by night as a gambling, partying mad man. He was accused of earning illegal money on many occasions but was never convicted of any charges. This S.A. legend lives on through the Alt-Stoner-Soul Rock that is EGSHAN. The music is plainly described as passionate, true, and limitless.
