SAN ANTONIO - Leave it to Bob and Kiko to argue over a movie they both love! And there’s a lot to love in the long-awaited opening of the movie version of the classic children’s book “Where The Wild Things Are.” Click here to see our film critics battle it out…

Kiko grade for this movie is an “A-“ – and he doesn’t give out many A’s. Click here to read his complete review…

With the release of “Where the Wild Things Are” this week, Bob Polunsky thought it fitting to try and stump you with a little child star movie trivia. Now be careful, the Movie Professor goes back a long way, so you may have to ask your mom (or grandpa) for a little help. Click here to play and win…

As always – a huge thanks to our sponsor, Santikos Theatres. And as Kiko pointer out in this week’s Flicker Footnotes, the only place you’ll be able to see “The Way We Get By” - one of this year’s most heart-touching documentaries – is at Santikos Bijou at Crossroads. My favorite place to watch a movie.

This movie was worth the 2 hour drive for my daughter and I. We enjoyed it and although it did have some sad parts I would recommend it if you have read the book as it is a good visual compliment. My daughter wants to see it a second time but I told her we would see it again soon. It is about time there is a movie that is not full of your usual sex, explosions, guns, or violence that is typical among Hollywood movies. I agree it is shaping up to be an instant classic and can't wait to get this one added to my Blu-Ray collection when it becomes available!
