SAN ANTONIO - The perfect activity for children of all activity levels and ages is now in San Antonio. San Antonio Living fitness diva Carolyn Mastin and Yoginos representative Kristi Traub introduced us to this new program. Click here to watch…

Yoginos is a trilingual yoga program that teaches kids respect of self, others, and the environment both on and off the yoga mat.  Designed for children ages 6-12, Yoginos has combined a variation of high and low energy to create a fun and peaceful environment for kids to grow. The children are introduced to a variety of cultures and perspectives as they learn new yoga techniques and routines to sing-along songs in both Spanish and English.

Classes are offered at two locations around San Antonio. Class schedules and registration can be found at www.yoginos.com.
