the original article did not say one to a customer. Went over there today with an order from my clinic where I work (not everyone could get off campus to go eat) We called yesterday to confirm they would honor an order for 19 and was told yes. The owner was very rude, and yelled out 1 per costumer, no exceptions! I have no problem with being told no, but it's about customer service and he could have said no politely. I would have left.

I ate there once and never could figure out the gourmet part. You know, if it's gourmet, I expect snails or octopus or whale testicles, something out of the ordinary, but it was just salami and lettuce and bread, and they used mustard instead of mayo. Gourmet my ass.

Ate there today and it was great as always. Plenty of bait but no switch. This is the third time in less than a year that JJ's has offered $1 sandwiches in SA.

I went today the line was out door but that line went down in like 6 minutes. They are crazy fast. I had the #6 and it was good. No bait and swith no have to eat there, heck there isnt enough room to eat in there wth everyone. And KZEP was there talking to everyone with music going. It was a controlled chaos :)

I gone buy 8dz and freeze them ...

yeah they are crazy fast. a coworker told me the buck sandwiches are only for dinner and you have to dine in. that's kinda lame.

This place kinda scares me. I was barely swiping my card when they tossed my sandwich on the counter next to me. They are seriously fast, which I know is the point of the store, but it was really almost too fast. I never thought I would complain about a food place being too fast, ironic!

Hope they dont pull the switch and bait like KFC. I was ready to eat my free KFC grilled chicken when all I got was a raincheck.

they make the best sandwiches. im there weekly for lunch
