SAN ANTONIO - Manu Ginobili sent me an email Wednesday, saying he needs more time to decide whether or not he will play in Italy during the lockout. He said Virtus Bologna does want to talk to him..

Virtus Bologna is the same team that’s doing everything it can to sign Kobe Bryant onto its roster - even if it is just for one game.

Tony parker already has his mind made up about what he’s doing during the NBA lockout. Parker posted a photo of him wearing an Asvel uniform Wednesday. He told fans that he will play for the team he owns in France, and do it for only about $2,000 bucks a month. His first game is October 14 against a Paris team.

Manu needs to work for animal control and specialize in catching bats. His rabies shots are current!

What are they hurting for money?? I mean come on really. If they get injured while playing for another team does that then mean that their NBA team should be compensated for time lost and that they are not liable for the players salary while he is out injured or if he should happen to re injure himself again during the season to the same area.. This is ridiculous. Go right ahead tony risk your 66 plus million dollar salary for 2k a month lmao do it do it.

They will play, they will get hurt, sit out for a while. Same thing happens every time they play out of the country.
