SAN ANTONIO -- It was something we don't see everyday.

The Spurs are now less than 48 hours away from the season opener, and Coach Pop has decided to mix up the routine. No, we are not just talking about Pop losing his beard for the first time in 2 years.

The San Antonio Spurs usually practice at 10 am. But Monday, the team had a 3-hour workout that lasted until after dark, and it was a tough one. It was also something Manu Ginobili said he needs. Why? Manu said he's not 100% yet.
