nope, not the greatest. he is lucky to have had technology on his side for the last Olympics compared to previous athletes decades ago. Just because his speedos have NASA technology doesn't mean he is better than someone from 20 or 30 years before. He lost his goodwill from me with his stupid indiscretion when he was on top, and I never appreciated his swim suit helping him so much.
