SAN ANTONIO - Judson High School introduced Mark Smith as the new football coach for the Rockets. Smith replaces a San Antonio favorite, Jim Rackley. Coach Rackley is not only a winner, but he did it in a way that was motivated and inspired. He mentored hundreds of young men.
