I think one of the biggest problems we have with Corrupt LEO's is that in Texas it is very rare for a LEO to actually get a jail term for crimes committed unless they are Federal crimes. If the STATE would virtually guarantee that any LEO who commits a crime would receive a jail/prison term right along with the people they helped put in jail, they would be far less likely to break the law. Until Texas stops giving these corrupt LEO's probation for their crimes this kind of thing will just keep on growing.

my ex is a constable with prec.4 and she was given a book of the test questions and told to study the answers and that they will help her pass the exam.

A few months ago, a news article about Bexar County reserve officers working security for Sheriff Ortiz said that reserve officers could not work side jobs per Texas law. How do the Constables get away with making their deputies work the MLK parade, golden gloves, etc? Are they exempt? Aren’t the Texas Rangers invetigating Ortiz for this? The DA needs to look into this matter also.

The deputies assigned to reserves are to work the mandatory MLK march this monday! Then in February, the Golden Gloves,if they don't they will lose their commission with a general discharge on their F-5. Summertime is coming! Time to start selling those fund raiser tickets to support the constable. All the deputies had to do the block walk,the polls on election day by duress, or not get commissioned in January. The deputies has to do 24 hours plus more a month to keep their commission, if you don't support your constable,the constable will not support you. All the mandatory special functions the deputies do under duress,the money goes all in the Constables pocket.

Have you seen how fat some of these deputy constables are....they must have faked the physical endurance training.
