SAN ANTONIO -- A really good car wash can make you fall back in love with your vehicle, even if it's a beat up old clunker.

With springtime approaching, and most of us wanting to get all of that winter grime cleaned off (and out of) our dream machines, we wanted to know the best place to make that happen. We asked you who offers the best car wash in San Antonio and your Top 4 nominees were:

$5 Car Wash @ Old Bitters Road and Blanco, Awesome wash for $10 and be sure to show them military id - your wash will then cost you $6. They do a great job and are friendly.

For automatic car washes, Diamond Shine on Bandera is absolutely the best in San Antonio. The $5 wash is superior to everyone else’s washes that cost twice as much. More soap, more brush, more dryers, and vacuums on both sides of the car. Awesome!

The best car wash anywhere is in your driveway...if you know how to properly wash a car. Hand-washing is the only proper way to clean a car. Machines don't know they missed a lot of spots. Machines are okay to knock off the dust -such as you get on windy days- but if the car has road grime and such, spend an hour or so and do it properly.
