Hundreds nominated restaurants for the best ribs in San Antonio, but only one survived the nominating process and totaled the most votes.

The Rusty Bucket is San Antonio’s favorite place for ribs. They have two locations: one on Cupples Road and the other in Alamo Heights.

It's a little known secret that the best ribs of all are made from monkeys. They beat hogs to heck and back, and any fool know cow rib are for them poor people.

If you are talking about the best ribs in SA I would have to say they belong to either Delaine Mathieu or Jackie Ortiz!

I make the best fall off the bone smoked every Monday for my friends and son ,it is a tradition in our house
