I am disabled from a car accident 10 yrs ago. Steve Payne from Firestorm Fitness (https://www.facebook.com/FirestormfitcampsSA) has helped me with motivation and better mobility. He did this without hurting me like all the other physical therapy I have been through. Steve is very compassionate and knows about injuries and how NOT to hurt someone further. After Steve finished sessions with me I could feel that good sore feeling I used to get when I was healthy and working out regularly. Not DABILITATING PAIN I ended up with after all the other physical therapy I have been through. Thanks Steve for helping me without hurting me!
