You voted and the top honor goes to Groomer's.

“I want to thank all our customers who come here. They are passionate about their seafood. They were very supported during this entire competition. We're glad to have earned it,” Rick Groomer told News 4 WOAI.

Groomer's seafood is located on McCullough near Highway 281 North. It's been open for 30 years with a huge variety of fish to choose from. There's 100 different kinds of fish from places like New Zealand, Alaska and the Gulf Coast.

my wife is from ma and was looking forward to find a good sea food res here. i guess we misunderstood what voting for the best seafood in town meant. if we were votting for the best looking house we would not have voted for home depot because they supplied the building materials.

Seafood is best served when it's right off the dock. Groomers is the freshest fish, all others are also rans

A bar that serves seafood, a casual restaurant, a supplier that isn't a restaurant, and a fine dining restaurant. How did this list get put together? We might as well add Golden Star - fish n gravy, mmm!

George, the survey didn't specify. The only question asked was "Who has the best seafood in town". In that case, the obvious answer is Groomers. If you don't think so, then you need to take a trip there.

Oh, give me break. Are we talking about restaurants or suppliers? You can't compare Sea Island against Groomers. Who's the dodo who thought about this survey?
