SAN ANTONIO – With these 100-plus degree summertime temperatures, sometimes you just want something light for lunch. But you still want some choices. That’s the perfect time for a trip to the salad bar.
That raises the question: What makes for a good salad bar?
Should it include baked potatoes? Soup choices? Is variety the key? Or does it just have to look good – clean and fresh?
“No wilted lettuce!” demands one News 4 WOAI employee who refuses to go on the record.
So that’s our quest this week. Go out there and do some research. Sample as many salad bars and you can and nominate your favorite. Email your choice for best salad bar in San Antonio to…firstname.lastname@example.org
On Friday our accounting team will count up all the nominations, and put the top four up for a vote.
