Boerne, TX, September, 2010 — As news of the alarming rates of Obesity in South Texas play through the news media one might be inclined to see what’s being done to combat these new trends. Here in Boerne & The Hill Country we’re doing our part by starting the first all encompassing weight loss center.
The facility itself will be state of the art with doctors specializing in both medical and surgical weight loss. Lipotropic B12 injections will be offered for medical weight loss, additionally surgical weight loss is also an option for patients with a BMI of 30 or above depending on the patient’s case. Surgical Options include the Gastric Bypass, Gastric Sleeve, and the Lap-Band; all of which are conducted laparoscopically as minimally invasive procedures.
