The U.S. has more heart attack problems because of diet, other countries that have different diets do not have large percentages of heart attack victims.

What you eat, drink, and smoke influences your heart health a lot. Even eating beef everyday will contribute to a heart attack over time. The cattle industry doesn't want you to follow that, but turkey, skinless chicken and fish are much better than red meats. Then have to eat those fruits and vegetables, drink some veggie juice, they can reverse damage even.
