I was thinking game room...but too bad my HOA would dirtbag the proposal. They do not like me very much -- my HOA board are avid and unabashed Obamaites. (They tried to bust me for Palin stickers on my car....) It looks like my predecessor in this house put up a porch cover and they MADE him take it down. When house prices recover (if) I'm out of here and somewhere I can make that room edition happen. That's a lesson for you all....make friends with the HOA, even if you can't stand them! They can prevent you from using your property as you see fit...and it's very relevant for this article....(if you were wondering).
