SAN ANTONIO - Did you know that you can use vinegar to remove hard water spots for your vehicle? If you still have water spots after cleaning your car or truck, put some vinegar in a spray bottle and spray it on a soft mirco-fiber towel. You can use this to polish out those water spots. These spots are often cause by very hard water or when your vehicle gets sprayed by someone's sprinkler system.

I use muriatic acid, because I sure don't want my car smelling like a convenience store pickle.

Having graduated with a degree in Comm Arts with Emphasis in Journalism, the headline could read, "Vinegar removes hard water spots". "USE vinegar to car to remove hard water spots" as headline is giving the reader what the "whole" story is about. Headline is too long, plus don't use "to" car, instead "on" car. Just practicing what I learned.

Too vague. What's not being stated is that you have to quickly wipe it off and re-wipe the same area with a clean, (water only) wet microfiber towel to remove the film the vinegar leaves behind. Then dry wipe it dry with another clean microfiber towel. Vinegar will leave a film in your car's paint finish.

Another fine example of WOAI's fine reporting skills! Perhaps the headline should read something like, "USE vinegar to car to remove hard water spots". Where do they get these people?
