A man already under arrest is charged with murder after reportedly admitting to police that he shot and killed a woman last month. Officers arrested 24-year-old Aaron Gutierrez last Tuesday on drugs and weapon charges. Gutierrez reportedly told them he fatally shot 35-year-old Marie Gonzales in December. Gonzales and several other people were leaving a bar on Hays Street near North New Braunfels Avenue when a drive-by shooter killed her.Â
