President Biden is condemning images of Border Patrol agents on horseback confronting Haitian refugees in Texas. During a White House event, Biden called the images at the southern border horrible and said there will be consequences. He also called it embarrassing, dangerous and wrong. Biden said such images send the wrong messages to the U.S. and the world.
