A coronavirus outbreak at a San Antonio assisted living facility has landed 42 people in quarantine. The company managing Heartis San Antonio Assisted Living and Memory Care says 31 residents and 11 staff members tested positive last week. All of the residents have been fully vaccinated, but the staffers are a mixed bag. Officials say four of them are fully vaccinated, four are not vaccinated, and three have received one dose. The infected residents have been moved to another facility, and the infected staffers have been sent home.
