San Antonio police are concluding that reports of possible shots fired outside of JBSA-Lackland last week are not credible. The base went into a partial lockdown early Wednesday afternoon after the operations center received reports of possible gunshots in the area. At about 3 p.m., the all-clear was sounded. Police investigators found no physical evidence, no suspects, no victims, and no witnesses. They also don't know the identity or whereabouts of whoever it was who reported the incident to military personnel.
