San Antonio Expects $326M From Federal Spending Bill

City officials expect San Antonio to receive $326 million from the nearly $2 trillion coronavirus stimulus bill. They say that amount should make up for more than two-years' worth of lost revenue from taxes, fees, and other sources affected by the pandemic. In addition, Bexar County is expected to get about $388 million. City officials believe funding for specific issues like rental assistance, the homeless, the airport, and child care is also on the way, but they don't know how much.
