A Kerrville teacher is out on bond after his arrest for taking improper photos of one of his students. Kerrville police say 36-year-old Jimmy Lee McElhaney was arrested late last month in Palmer, a town south of Dallas. McElhaney faces a charge of invasive visual recording after he reportedly took a photo of one of his students at Grace Academy. Police say they're investigating to see if there are more victims.
