As an Army Veteran I was totally disgusted to hear they transferred this piece of crap (Hasan) to BAMC. What the hell were they thinking? Placing him among our Wounded Warriors at BAMC is a slap in their face! They should roll this SOB out in the parking lot at BAMC and let the vultures eat his sorry carcass!! He does not deserve to be in the same place as our wounded heroes!

Brother SixBurgh, I pray that you meant to say the country is in decline, as opposed to bent over. This man Barney Frank is a homosexual. He admits it! Naturally, he is also a Democrat, as they are the party of "We believe what you believe, whatever that may be". Worst of all, he is a loud mouthed Yankee politician and he is going to Hell. Satan has a big tent with room for communists, socialists, homosexuals, child molestors and everyone who doesn't need to work. That is why no Christian could ever be a Democrat. They are disgraceful and should all be put in jail.

Why are we even ionterviewing this muslim??? Why are we even giving her the time of day and spotlight?? If anythingh, WOAI just added fule to the fire, by giving out her name as a muslim, and she thinks her car has got vandalized four times?? Just wait now lady, WOAI has just added to this number, by reposrting your story. Lets see...A muslim just shot our men and women of our armned forces and yet WOAI goes ahead and interviews a muslim in this story , and to top it off in TEXAS??? WOW!!

As the recent widow of an Army retiree, my sorrow is nothing compared to the sorrow and grieving of those at Ft Hood. My heart goes out to all of them. God bless all and all of our military, who fighting to keep our country safe. Dee Dee

The army's 'political corectness policy' allowed this muslim to make negative staements about the war. He should have been investigated and put on a short leash.

Did anyone notice that no one condemned the shooter in this piece? Even Ms. Surwat Husain only had of herself to talk about. Quoted from the article " since September 11th, people have sent threats and even vandalized her home. She said tragedies such as Thursday's shooting give Muslims a bad name." Also noteworthy of Ms. Husain ""My car has been vandalized four times in front of my house," Husain lamented. "When police came out, he looked at me, then my car, and said, 'This is what happens to you here when your people do what they do." Again, nowhere in the article do you read of condemnation of the shooter from the Muslim Community.

My God, what heros the comrades of the fallen exhibited by, even while bullets were still flying, were going to the aid of the others, tearing off their own clothes to make bandages and save lives. They no doubt should be given the highest honors. politics aside, these guys and girls deserve our undying respect.
